I was thert in 93-95 working for Turners. There are motorcycles on the rock but they will be privately owned or military use only. You could try the Falkland Island Motorcycle Association (FIMA) who organise the enduros in the summer months and see if you can come to an accomodation with one of their members for bike usage.
They sent a team to the Welsh two day in '94 and aquitted themselves very nicely thank you. My best memory from that was of the team manager trying to calm an extremely frustrated Arthur (someone) with his overheating husky giving him trouble. Take it easy Arthur,says the manager, we can come away with a team gold. Fook that, says Arthur as he wheelies away into the distance. Pure class.
