got do to mountian mayhem this year

and the exmoor explorer as well

and the elbno at builth night race which is fun.

You and me both matey, I've not ridden my bike for two weeks thanks to this poxy flu bug.

Working outside isn't helping any either, especially during this rather cold snap.

But I had better pull my finger out as its only a month till my first event of the year.
