The .cz update server seems to be broken. If your software does not have an alternative listed on the update page then you will need to alter the url.ini file held in the Program Files/Grisoft/AVG folder.

This file is a simple text file that will open in notepad if you double click its icon. You need the following text in the file:

[SERVER_NAME]
1=free.grisoft.cz
2=ftp.grisoft.com
3=www.grisoft.com

[SERVER_URL]
1=http://free.grisoft.cz/softw/60/fe
2=ftp.grisoft.com/pub/softw/60/fe/
3=http://www.grisoft.com/softw/60/fe/
Actual URL=3

This will provide you with a drop down menu to choose one of the 3 servers listed.
