Farting noise

I'm thinking a loud farting noise from under my saddle during start up means a new fuel filter/pressure regulator right? Just thought I'd ask....

gopher, mine (2000 dakar) has done that for two years its something to do with the fuel system pressurising i think.

Walked myself into that one! Does anyone know why my bike sounds like it went for several courses in the local Indian?

As for me - a change in diet is exactly what my girlfriend thinks I need!
