Tried to fit these to my 1200 and I find I cant get the pin outa the LH one cos it fouls the gear-change lever. Unfortuantley I dont have the correct size torque socket (why do they do this?) to remove it. Has anyone found a way round this or do I have to go in search of a socket?
Ps just a thought would I be able to do it in if I put the bike in 6th...a bit difficult to do thaough on my short little drive!

I think its an 8mm socket you need.

I fitted some to my 12gs recently and although it was tight you can just do it without messing with gear lever. Well I did.

Managed to do it on the second attempt..cheers...I am truly deserving of the title..'Tosser'.
