Agree that the weather is pish, but we canny dae anythin aboot it. Just get yer bike oot an go for a run. Ah woke up oan Sunday mornin feelin crap cause o the weather and cause ahd bin workin stupid 9 in the mornin tae efter midnight shifts. I decided a could fa asleep in front o the telly watchin re runs o Scrapheap Challenge and waste the day or go for a wee run . So a went doon past the Heeds o Ayr tae Girvan an came back ower some wee back road that took me tae New Cumnock an then back up tae the civilised pairt o the coonty. Came hame still knackered but fellin better than if I had jist lain aboot the hoose.

Hardly a day gone by down here without some of the wet stuff. My partner passed her direct access in some of the foulest weather this year in August. We should be out on Saturday though as the kids are at the grandparents so we take the time regardless of the weather.
