A courier van has just delivered a parcel
Inside, swaddled in bubble wrap, is a brand new shiny Quest
Douglas was just over a year old and so I thought he was outside of warranty
Garmin have replaced him, no questions asked. Not only that they did it quickly and efficiently. Not even a question of charging me for return postage.
I have read threads on here that have suggested they are below par on customer service, and I would suggest they get someone to answer their phones, but my experience has been exemplary
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone, keep it up boys
