I want to add a front fender extender to keep shite off the front of the bike
I would prefer not to drill and screw it

Has any one used Tigerseal to stick plastic together
or owt similar

Yes, used Tigerseal to bond the front wings on to the wing stays on my Caterham 7, as do many other owners, used on track well in excess of 100mph and no problems. Fender extender should be light work for it!

I would also recommend the Machine Art fender extender from Nippy Norman's. No drilling or adhesive required and it will transfer to any later model GSA or GS if you change your bike. Bit pricey though>

I used 2 sided sticky pads, as sold for fixing car number plates. Then used silicone sealant to keep the joint nice and dry. Still on after 2500 miles.

I was the same, didn't want to drill holes in the mudguard.

I used double sided moulding tape and a dab of silicon.

Mind, it did fall off after 40k :(
