I have just fitted a migsel lightbar to my 1200GSA and am ready for fitting my FF50's & Micro DE's, but I'm not sure which pair to fit on the top of the bar & which pair underneath. Is it just about aesthetics or are there other benefits of having the micro's as high as possible , or the FF50's ?. The micro DE's actually fit better underneath 'cause there will be more room for adjustment (tilting up / down), as they are quite deep the rear of them touches the crashbars when you point them downwards, and I cant tell until I finish the installation how far they will need adjusting from horizontal.

What do you think , has anybody fitted them to a 1200 adventure yet on a migsel bar ?. Or , how have fitted yours to a non -adventure ?

Cheers

John

FF50 & Micro DE

Thanks for the responses , off into the garage to put Micro DE's on bottom & FF50's on top.

Cheers

fog lights spread light around and it doesn't matter where you put them to a large degree. Lights made for penetration work better the higher they are. Granted, there isn't much difference in your case (not like a 4wd bumper versus roof mount for example).

The other factor would be positioning for damage in a drop
