After an agonising 5 week wait I finally collected my first GS - An Adventure with most of the essential factory bits. I thought that it was a little risky collecting it on April Fools Day however the sun was shining and I managed to get the first 100 miles on the clock this afternoon.
Great Service from Phil Davies at North Oxford BMW.
First impressions - excellent ride with ESA, very easy to handle at slow speeds and the gearbox is super smooth - better than the demo I tried and I hope it stays that way.
Planning on adding a Starcom1 digital system and a matching Zumo 550 soon.
Overall a great first day with my new Adventure and looking forward to some touring in a couple of months time.
