Must've been - nothing else could account for the mayhem this morning,,,sat there for ages (being paid thankfully) looking at a big plume of smoke and distant twinkling of blue lights....glad I had a wee before I set off..

None the wiser after traffic flow resumed: No sign of large crater or District 9 stylee mothership hovering over the Holiday Inn/Little Thief....

Could be - can't find owt on web and was only reminded at frequent intervals by traffic thingy on radio of "incident" blocking A1 north and south..........

The real reson was the locals were so upset Sunderland had won a match for the first time since november they were burning anything red n white
