First proper run out

A new GSA first service on Tuesday, first proper ride out on Thursday. Leeds to Hartside top and home. Sorry theres no photos for the first bit, but I was having so much fun that I didnt want to stop.

A1 to Walshford
Walshford to Boroughbridge
Boroughbridge to Masham
Masham to Leyburn
Leyburn to Reeth
Reeth to Barnard Castle ( did think about a coffee stop here, but the town was quite busy.)
Barnard Castle to Eggleston
Eggleston to Stanhope
Stanhope onto the A689 towards Alston. And a stop at the Lead mine for a bite to eat and a coffee.



And then on through Alston and to Hartside top. Another coffee and a large bit of broken biscuit cake




From Hartside top the decent down to penrith and then over Shap into Kendel and onto devils bridge.

Devils bridge. about 8 other bikes there.

Then to Ingleton and across to Hawes
Hawes to Leyburn and the back to Masham. A quick stop for half a lemonade.

Another stop just up the road at West Tanfield, to take this photo

Then back to ripon and home. Loads of cops on the B6265 at the Boroughbridge round about. A traffic car, 2x bikes, a van full and a camera van. Have seen them waiting here before. And sure enough about a mile further up the road and well hidden was the other traffic car.
A great day out good weather, great roads, nice food and a fantasic bike.
