First service mileage

Bike saying service at 600 what's the max I should do to avoid warranty issues. 750 ok..?

It's between 600 and 1000 miles

Just phone the dealer, I did. They might vary I Don't know

My dealer told me 450 to 850 miles, took mine in at 750.

I'd always assumed it to be a 600-mile service like everyone else. Oddly When they reset the service indicator it adds 6,220 miles so if you get running in check done at 600 miles the next one is due when the Odo is 6820 miles. As our German cousins prefer km I imagine this is because it's near enough 10,000km. To confuse things further when the dealer stamps the service book it says next service is due in 6,000 miles! I was also always told not to be too late on the first service given the amount on metal shards floating around the engine.

You always get a bit conned with the second service. Interval is 6000 miles so if you got 1st at 6000 second should be 6600. They typically ignore the 600 miles though.
