Fitting a Scorpion Exhaust - any other things I need to do

Friend has a Scorpion Road Legal exhaust which he wants me to fit onto his
F650GS Paris Dakar single spark .....once fitted do I need to re-set fuel injection etc etc or does the bike do this automatically?

Is it a full system? Or just an end can.

just an end can, fitted one to mine, not had to do anything other than fit it as the bike will adjust the fi to suit
