Fitting an MRA screen

I gather from reading another thread that when fitting a Vario screen to a GSA you need to use the mountings off a standard 1150.
What is the difference between them and if this is the case has anyone got the reqd bits for sale?

GSA BMW screen mounts are thicker than standard 1150 mounts to allow for the wider GSA screen. The Vario screen only comes in standard 1150 width, hence the need to change the mounts on the GSA when fitting a vario screen.

when i priced them up in feb they came to over £50 so s/h is the way to go

Nope just bolts straight on using the stainless brackets that should of come with it
