Hello everyone. Any advice on how to get the loom, boom microphone and speakers into my wife's Nolan N102 flip-up helmet? Prefer not to break anything or reinvent the wheel if anybody already has done this. All help much appreciated.

the cheeck pads come out they are fixed by poppers ..you can then thread the wires behing the poly whatnot lining ...
there are cut outs for the earphones i used velcro pads to fix them a very small cable tie secures the micro phone a bit fiddly but only took about half an hour ... the plug cable exits through the bluetooth cap [ small round file and it clips back in no problem] and is cable tied to the plastic helmet liner at the bottom

Fitting speakers and mike

Hi Roger,

I have one of these and have the following advice.

1 - Charge the system up and make sure it all works before fitting it. Mine went back the dealers several times, only to find out that it was the charger that was faulty.

2 - You only want to do this once, otherwsie the poppers can become loose and start to come out when you fasten the helmet on. (as mine does now).

3 - Once you've check the kit works. Remove the cheek pads etc. fit the kit carfully into place - take particular care of the wire strip that joins the two side together you don't want to trap this at the back of the helmet.

Despite the teething problems it is the best helmet mike/speakers kit I've used.

Hope this helps,

Cheers
Chris
