Fitting Hepco and Becker Alu Standard panniers

Hello. Can anyone assist. Having problems fitting new set of hepco and becker alu standard expedition panniers to my R1150 GS Adventure. Instructions are in german which is causing the problem. R/H side seems to be the main problem. Does any one have any advice please?
