These arrived from nippy n this week and I spent a happy hour and a bit fitting them to the bike, very well made and it all fitted together with minimal heaving and cursing to line things up. There's only one slightly awkward bolt to do up.

One thing worried me though. The M6 bolt that replaces one of the fixings at the front of the sump protector seemed a bit short, with less than 2 complete turns befiore the fitting seated firmly, which seems a bit marginal. has anyone else had that experience? I've emailed NN to see what he has to say but in the meantime I wondered if anyone else has had this problem (if it is one)?

I had the same problem on Fri only to find that I had left the oe fit washer in place, (held by grease) took that off and its a proper fit now! I had a problem with the small bolts at the top the ones that fit onto the top of the motor, a bit of a pain with the spacers plus I didnt have a long handeld allen key which would have helped!

Likewise, the LHS small M6 bolt was particularly awkward. I'll have a look to see if there are any extra washers still in there.

Do you (or anyone) happen to know the correct torque setting for the M12 bolts at the rear? Given that they hold the subframe on it seems quite important that they are done up to the correct tension.

motech give the M10 bolt at 46Nm, have my M12 at 55Nm and all is well, needed to retighten after use.

I've just found a table of torquer settings elsewhere on the site, the value for these bolts is given as 55Nm.
