Fittings for H&B engine bars

I've got a set of H&B bars but no fitting kit.

I see that Mr E's notes gives details of the fitting kit but does anyone know the exact sizes of the bolts needed for fitting the H&B bars?

I know there are four 65mm bolts needed but what thread?

A long shot but does anyone have a fitting kit?

The 4 bolts are 10mm they also require spacers 2x 12mm long 1x 17mm long and 1x 20mm. You also need a 8mm nut and bolt to join the bars in front of the engine.
