Flapper Valve Removed but contol motor continues to click

Hi folks,

So few weeks ago I managed to source a bypass pipe from a fellow tosser and have fitted and bike runs sounds great. However the flapper valve motor keeps clicking, other than disconnecting and risking an error message is there another way to sort this without refitting the flapper?

You dont get an error message, at least not one you can see without diagnostic kit. Youll have an error anyway by the sounds of your servo motor.
I just made sure mine was fully open and disconnected the power connector.

As said removing the plug and motor or just disconnecting the control cables will log a fault code in the ecu but not an error message on the dash.
If you do not want the fault code in the ecu fit one of these.
