Hi, I was fitting some SW Motech adjustable footpegs to my 2010 GSA and in my haste, I did not take a photo of how the original footpeg spring seated in the pegs. I have managed to refit the pegs on the bike however I am not sure that the spring is where it should be.
I would appreciative of someone posting a picture of the footpeg showing where the spring (to ensure the peg returns to the normal position) is mounted. I suspect the ends of the spring need to go in to recesses in the frame - I havent done this at the moment and the spring ends are protruding free and easy. My concern is that the powdercoating in that area will wear if its not located in the correct position.
