If like me you've read the Lentini pegs then like me you've probably dabbled in the ritual of TPS adjustment!

Don't use the settings shown for the TPS and don't use the wider inlet valve clearances shown in the tune-up piece either. The wider valve clearance will drive you mad noise wise and the valve train gear will wear significantly faster, ie the exhaust is wider due to more heat in the exhaust valve stem and thus greater expansion.

As for the TPS, I set mine to the Lentini specs and found some improvement but this was more at the higher rpm scale. With the TPS set to read 0.341 volt the performance all round has improved. This is my setting from the original factory set .301volt, it may not be to your taste, feel, or bike but experimentation can only improve the marque.

Variable resistor going into fuel injection system very soon, and exhaust gas analysis reports for inspection will be provided. This means unlike the other thingy's you will be able to adjust the fuelling up and down. :)

Dunno Mick, I felt a bit of a breeze myself....

Find out for yourselves then.

Don't listen to those ignorant tossers, Mechanic (whoever you are).
You already have a small (and growing) group of ardient followers.

Keep the wisdom flowing in this site....

Still owe you a drink Mark.

Yep, I'll second that. Don't throw your toys out just because of a few technophobes.

PS. Where were you last Sunday?? (see peak district threads)

Sorry couldn't make Sunday, had visitors from my old works down in Cambridge for the day. By the way I still owe you a drink from our last meet. Cheers Mark:beerjug:
