I think I may go and try the 2025 model.
Fully specced up with the 4 extra packs comes to just over £13k.
I do like the Givi panniers over the Honda ones though.

Anyone got one? Good? Bad?

I'm sure I read somewhere that the incoming bike is the same price as the outgoing model?

If true there should be some decent deals on an outgoing 24

A mate of mine has a 24 which he paid £10300 for including Genuine Honda heated grips

There are a few good modifications on the 2025 bikes. Bigger TFT screen, incorporated front indicators etc…

Having read Stever1s trip report on his 350 (and seemingly everyone elses view of just how good that size scoot is), is there a reason why a 750 at £13k over a 350 at £6k ?

Because all the other similar big scoots are similar money. They charge what they can get away with. The 750 parallel twin has been around for ages so it’s not like they’ve paid out big development money to make the new model.

It would be a long distance tourer so the extra cc would just be less stressful on the engine.
I know the 350 would probably do the job just fine but I’d be constantly conscious of “ thrashing “ it as opposed to cruising.
I need to go and see / try them both before any decision is made.
The price difference is irrelevant.

The 350 is a great little bike and I love mine,

I think as a city bike the 350 is the better choice, but if it was my only bike or as you say, for long distance touring, then I’d go for the 750 too, especially now it’s got an electric screen and cruise control

The new styling looks good too

Correct. That was with 4 out of the 5 extra “packs”.
Still blooming good value in my opinion. When I go and see them I may not need / want all 4.
I think the luggage pack was pretty expensive just on its own. Without looking it up again I think it was the best part of £1200? This was before I looked at the Givi luggage as opposed to the Honda stuff. I much prefer the look of the Givi V37 ones with the carbon trim and smoked reflectors.

FWIW I was out on my Forza 350 yesterday. At an indicated 70 m.p.h. (probably nearer an actual 63 m.p.h.) she was doing 6,000 r.p.m.. She redlines at 9,000 r.p.m..

Edit: That was with the screen all the way up and I am a clinically obese 13 stone 3 lbs.

Yeah, that just confirms what I was thinking.
The 350’s are great on the shorter stuff ( I know they would do the longer stuff ok ) but a 750 would be better for 8-10 hour days, possibly more tootling up through Scandinavia. A lot less stress on a long run, with luggage and an even bigger fat fuck on it!

For obvious reasons I use the GSA for bigger trips but I do have a hankering to do a tour on the Forza using just B roads and country lanes where possible.

Slightly off topic, but slightly relevant: I just did a 2300 mile tour, with mostly 5hr riding days, on a Honda CB 500X and the 47hp was enough for everything however motorways were hard work. The bike would do it but it was significantly more tiring than on a larger bike; I had two choices- suck up the discomfort and carry on at c80mph or relax, take longer, and ride at 65-70. I took the first option.

I couldn't tour on a maxi scoot, I find them uncomfortable after more than an hour or so (T-Max anyway), not good for lower back pain

Whereas I find mine all day comfortable. YMMV.

Weird .Did 2000 mile trip to SOF on mine and comfy as anything
