Does anyone know what the torque value is for the four joining bolts on the front calipers on a 2010 GSA?

There is no given value that I could find for this.
You could use a chart like this:

You should be able to clean up the caliper and pistons or replace the latter with out splitting the former! Use old pads and bits of wood to isolate them. Pump them out enough to clean em with soapy water and a toothbrush. Push back in again. Careful pushing them back in: some pistons are hollow with a ceramic cap.

No way to get the pistons out without splitting the caliper and there was way too much salt in behind the dust seals that the pistons were sticking so bad they warped a disc.

I pluncked for the same torque as the banjo bolts (28Nm) as it felt about right.

I've shifted badly seized caliper pistons using the hydraulics themselves. Put a hardwood block between two opposite pistons fit a clamp over one of the other pistons and use the hydraulics to force the last piston out. Clean and refit the piston and rearrange the clamp etc to do the other three.

When the pistons are merely stuck, compressed air from a bicycle stirrup pump will do the job.

Hope mountain bike callipers have screw on caps (similar to Yamaha Blue spots) but the Hope calliper is a one-piece and the screw caps only access the outer pistons. Even then you'd have to drill tap and pull them out. The clamp method works on all four pistons.
