Front mudguard ali spacers

My gs1100 has 2 alloy spacers between front mudguards which are threaded at each end and has a 17mm head at back of front mudguard the outer bolts have sheared so my questions are A what is the part called and B where can i get a pair , i have searched this site and also looked at the thread for diagram of parts but i cant see it on there , thanks in advance.
