After reading a post recently about noisy fuel pump thought it would be a good idea to replace my fuel filter - probably never done yet anyway. The problem - p&p from Motorworks £8.50 to Ireland, so I know I read there is a car one the same. Have searched this forum but can't find reference to it so can anyone give me make/part no. so I can get one locally.
Thanks
ChrisH

Fuel filter

Did mine recently and got a filter, o ring and 2 hose clips for £24 inc VAT. Might be worth trying your local dealer?
Sorry should have said £24 from local BMW dealer

Mahle KL-145 is direct replacement for BMW OEM part 16 14 2 325 859 (which is normally a Mahle filter as well, IE just branded BMW but identical)

Same filter on a Ducati 748,016 and 996 as well as several Triumph bike models as well, so you may be able to find one from a Duke/Triumph dealer cheaper if you have one closer :)

Deutsch FF424 is also a direct swap with same 8mm tails and length, but its slightly narrower in diameter so you may want to change that every 25k miles rather than 323k miles :nenau

Deutsch FF424 is dirt cheap though :thumb
