Fuel Pipe replacement

I needed a bit of fuel hose the other day, went in to my local motor factor with the perished part, he went off down the back and came back with 6" of hose. Charged me €1. They have it on rolls.

I think I’d find that a bit too chewy.

High pressure Fuel hose is available by the metre at any half decent car spares shop. From memory it’s 8mm internal diameter.

Hi Steptoe from what i can find most 8MM ID pipe has OD of 15mm will this be campatable? Also the 5mm ID pipe has a OD of 12mm.

I'M not currently with the bike and getting all the bits together so wanted to check i shouldn't hit any snags.
