Fuel pump controller issue--call for evidence

I need help from five to ten owners who have encountered the dreaded fuel pump controller failure. This shouldn't take long and all that's involved is filling out a form giving details of the incident.

What I am looking for is instances where
- the motorbike was moving at the time of failure
- servicing was up to date
- BMW was involved in the repair (either Assist or Dealer)
- records of dates etc are fairly clear
