Yes, you probably miss the last gallon like I did when I used the stock-tank fuel pump assembly sucking-pipes. I also got max 32 to 34 litres out of it with stock internal fuelpump pipes.
Aceribis is the TT tank, just Touracrap written on it, like on many other products.
You need to have that Touratech 41 litre tank "enlargement kit" (costs 50EURos or so) for your fuel pump assembly, it gives more lenght to fuel pump's sucking-pipes, so it takes fuel from the bottom of the tank as far its possible. Stock pipes don't reach to the bottom of the big tank, so they suck petrol much higher, thus leaving lot of unused petrol into tank.

And you need to have that horrible two-lobes interconnect, so you get the max out of the two lobes. Haven't had problems with it. Mine's older model of the TT41L tank, with offroad style cap and from 18th century looking interconnects.
Taking off the tank I've got a trick or two to take it off relatively "odorless".
I get approx 38-39L out of 41L.
