Fuelpack system

So I having a poke about and I find an electronic I think vance and Hines fuel pack electronic box. I guess this goes with the 2-1 big radius vance and Hines pipe.
Also the big air filter induction cone with a k and n fitted.
Does this all mean stage one set up then ? Worth having over the standard set up ? Because I don't have any of the original pipes with the bike etc.
I guess this just gets left alone to do its thing ?
I'd have thought an SE bike would have its own good fuelling available from HD.
