Evening all, was thinking of fitting one of these
But I read the best place to put them is under the under tray? My question is... Wheres the best place from that point to pick up a ignition live?
Cheers in advance

Or you can forget relays and fuses and get a PDM 60... Do a search. Too longwinded to explain, but a 21st century solution. You won't look back.

I fitted one one the TC GSA on top of the battery, switched ignition feed came from the accessory socket under the seat.

As roadCraft says, "switched ignition feed came from the accessory socket under the seat."

However mine is just rattling around in the storage area under the tray. Need to get some velcro or something to secure it properly.

Spot on then that's me! Cheers RR
how did
You find fitting it? Looks pretty straight forward
I'm going to use a posi tap to connect it they look as good as anything
And A 5year old could do it;-)
(Which is a good thing)

Fittings pretty straight forward, i used 3m velcro on the fuseblock and batter, two options for connecting to the socket, either tap off the +12 wire to the socket posi tap solder or whatever, or if your worried about that you could buy the BMW front beak mounted socket lead, plugs into the socket lead under the seat and gives you a pair of cables to run up to a beak socket, cut off the end and use to fead your +12 advantage is you can just unplug it leaving the Oem wiring intact.
