hi have a single g4 fitted to my schuberth s1 pro thats paired to my 660
my problem is when driving bike theres alot of interferance through speakers when receiving instructions from sat nav can hardly here them they are distorted badly but when im stopped there are cristal clear

well, as no one else been along yet heres a couple of things to be considering!
not clear what you mean by "stopped"
if by stopped you mean stationary and engine off, then the problem may be interference from the bike being picked up thru the power supply to the zumo, as this appears to only happen when engine off? is the interference related to throttle/engine revs? might be worth checking routing of power supply wires around engine area/ especially if they go near the fuel injection electronics..........erm, assuming you have fuel injection ditto the ABS kit!!
worth also checking position of speakers in helmet as if you have missed the ideal "sweet spot" location for your ears then sound quality will be degraded when in motion .

what i mean by stopped is not driving but engine is still running
the zumo 660 is pluged into the canbus plug under headstock on my 08 gs
have tried moving speakers in helmet around but still the same

Do you still get the interference when zumo is just battery powered?

do you think its the bikes electrics causeing interferance ?

It`s just something to try.If it`s ok just battery powered then its almost definitely electrical interference.What bike are we riding?

Is this routed through an Autocom?It`s beginning to sound like a ground loop problem.Do you have the isolated lead from Autocom?

not its bluetooth
i also have a c3 with srs comms built into helmet and it works perfectly with that helmet
i bought the g4 from a dealer in italy would that make any difference

Right,as it works with your C3 it has to be the G4,have you updated the software in it recently?You might need to speak to the vendor about this.I know very little about bluetooth as the units are constantly upgrading to fix bugs and improve services.This is the upgrade page.

sorts out a few issues.
