One problem....you failed to notice this thread was discussing the the G650X front sprocket, not the 450

The manual doesn't detail the torque settings for the front sprocket.

As for the puncture, that was a bit of banter....get a life.

Get some tyre levers and learn how take change a tube.

Get a spare tube - a 21" will do as can be used on the rear wheel - and also a puncture repair kit.

Off road riding calls for a much higher degree of self help than road riding.

Why! just fit a thicker wall tire tube and you can leave your trailer load of tools at home
