garmin 2610

I want to programme a specific route to the garmin, rather than a destination as it takes me to the nearest motorway to get there. I have a detailed set of written instructions but would rather programme it than keep looking down at my tank bag. Does anyone know how to do it.?

Have youy access to Mapsource on your PC?

If so create the route using that then transfer it to the unit
