:nenau I've just bought a Garmin Streetpilot 2720, and would like your advice as to the best way to install it on my 1200GS which has Tobinators fitted? What extra parts do I need? and where is the best place to buy them? Cheers, Harry.

I would do it like this:

But I must admit I'm a little biased :D

Cheers,
Michel

The RAM mount on my Quest is mounted there with Tobinators and a big screen and there's loads of room

I don't think that will work with Tobinators??

I haven't tested it, but I don't see why it would not work.

Tobinators create more room between the cockpit and the screen, don't they?

Cheers,
Michel

they say dont use anything apart from a 2610 on the gs because any unit with a hard drive will get damaged with all the vibrations

There is no drive in 2720, 276C, Quest, Quest2, SP3, 60Cx or i3 neither so they are all OK. But stay away from 2620.
