Hi all, a quick question in the photos the plug is attached to a ball mount, can it be removed from that mount and fitted in the Touratech cradle,it’s the plug I’m talking about not the ball,,, Cheers Baza

Going by your photos, it looks straightforward. Just unbolt the Ram mount from the Garmin mount and you should be ready to go.

My understanding/belief is that the Ram mount is an addition by the previous owner - based on your pics that is.

Cheers Slip,i'm all sorted now, just bought one from Ebay, more Qs to follow,,Cheers Baza

Hi, I've got the same 660, you can just unbolt the Ram mount. There's loads of Chinese stuff available that uses the same hole centres...almost like they've coiped stuff!
Think you've sorted it, but its pretty easy to find suitable mounts that cost way less than Ram :thumby:

Cheers JD its arrived today, just trying to get it Bluetoothed to my Cardo then my Iphone, thanks for your reply mate 😉 (y)

You'll love it, the 660 is a cracking tool! I've got mine connected to my iphone and my sena headset, really easy pair up. The Garmin has got 3 e-books saved so I can listen to them, play music, radio, stroe/look at photos, MP3 files. You can plan and download routes on your laptop with the Garmin app, but I can't work it!
I bought a car mount with mine so I can use it all the time, it switches from one to the other, I was told you get more vocal directions in Bike mode, not sure if thats true though?
