Garmin C510 help

Got this from a friend touring europe, and as I don't know, but thought someone on here might, I decided to ask the all knowing Tossers, any help would be great if you can advise.


Garmin Streetpilot C510 deluxe ( the one with europe on it) but how do you look for things using eastings and northings or generally GPS figures?!?!?

I can only seek using an address ( and I have checked the instruction manual) but I have downloaded all the campsite addresses off the website with grid references.

'fraid not, well not on the unit anyway, on that you can only find by address (as you've already discovered) and by browsing the map.

If your unit came with Mapsource City Navigator you can locate your campsites on that using long/lat co-ordinates and download them as waypoints (my locations) on your GPSR.
