Just picked up on the info that Garmin has now discontinued the SP2720 in the USA. The only "classic" 2000-series StreetPilot device now listed as a current product is the SP2820 
The Garmin UK site, however, still lists the 2610, 2650 and 2720 as current models
If you're in the market for a Garmin GPS device for your bike I'd keep your eyes open for deals on the 2720. If the price goes the same way it did for the 2610, there should be some bargains in the next few weeks/months
