Garmin expert wanted ~

Is there anyone around the East Mids. who really understands Garmin 2610's, 2820's and Mapsource..? Because I'm totally flummoxed regarding several things re. mapping versions, Mapsource, loading maps, loading POI's etc. etc. I can't really sort this out 'remotely' so if anyone would meet up I'd do what I could to pay you back
