Howdy,

Just took bike out of mother's garage here in Green-land (as opposed to other bike which lives in Brown-land).

Anyhow, had left the trusty 3+ in the top-box, along with w/proof jacket and a few things. Must have been damp in there because the screen had a bit of fog inside - left it to air in the sun and it seems ok.
Let that be a warning (to me mostly) !

Hi Bin:

What you reported is not uncommon if any GPSR is left in a high-humidity environment (e.g. a pannier with wet clothing in it, or a wet cloth in it). The fix, as you discovered, is to just leave the GPSR on a sunny windowsill for a day to dry out.

No harm will come from it - provided you don't do it every weekend.

Thanks Michael!

Have fitted the 276C to the 1150 here for tomorrow's trip to Spain. I think the 3+ is heading for the antiques box.... 5 years old, can't complain, can I ?
