Nah, you're ok, provided you were not speeding just prior to the copper looking at the GPS (In which case he'll do you for the speeding and not the GPS reading anyway)
For what it's worth my GPS has a Max speed of 355MPH logged - no I don't have a record breaking superbike, I took my GPS on a commercial flight to Scotland an switched it on in flight!!
