Got a 5 year old Navigator 11 unit which I havn`t used for a couple of years. Dug it out of the box, switched it on and the screen was yellow and unreadable.
Sent it to Garmin who said they would look at it but probably replace it with a recon unit for £116. Not a problem methinks and good value. Unit turned up this morning fixed at no cost because it was a known fault. That is what I call warranty
They have also sent me the latest UK disc as a no charge update and all through the phone calls and communications, they have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
