Gasp - please don't hunt me down - but probably going to convert this K1100RS into a custom...

Excellent news Kenny - a decent K1100RS is a rare thing these days, most seem to have been dropped or butchered - although having had a few, I think they're a better bike to look at than to ride.
 
LT’s are a good starting point, not to hard to find with smashed up fairings.

Something like this looks quite comfortable:
