Any independant rebuilding gearboxes ?

If you can find a good local feller,post it up on here as i can find some work for him.Would it be worth asking Motorworks if they know someone?.
What needs doing to the box?.A guy on ADVrider (bemilten) stripped and rebuilt his gearbox and put a good "how to" in their HOW.
I guess the biggest problem is the shaft shimming.
