gearbox issues

Got my bike in with Park lane to have a new gearbox and clutch fitted (had the well documented leak).

turns out there are five other 1200's in this week having new gearboxes fitted.

Looks like its a real manufacturing problem.....

Would love to take one apart & see what the problem is as i have 10,000miles on mine & it's very slick .
Did ask spc but they just change & send old unit back
