Gel Battery

Hi All,

I have had a bit of a trawl back through some of the pages of threads but could not find anything on Gel type batteies.

Can anybody help me please, I am looking for a supplier of a Gel battery for a 1979 R 100 RS. does anyone know where I can go for one????

Anyone know where you can get a gel battery in Sydney Australia? I have an R100LT and would like to replace the wet acid battery.

bought an odyssey from Motohansa in Sydney a year or so ago

i use a dry battery from a golf cart. 40 quid deliverd of e bay. 20 amp/hour.been on a year and seems fine

Just make sure it's a AGM type not a GEL
