Gerbing address

I have a Gerbing heated jacket that I have used less than 20 times and it's no longer working.

Anyone got an address to return it to? Anyone got experience of faulty Gerbing clothing?

The heat controller on mine packed up a couple of years ago, I mailed the head office and they put me in contact with a rep based on a farm somewhere in the UK (I no longer have details) they mailed me out a new controller with a nice note saying please mail the old one back.
