I'm out, sang 'Please Release Me', borrowed a Vacuum Cleaner and sang / danced to Queens 'I Want To Break Free' and OUT PDQ. Thanks for the well wishes (and others!) For a Fit as a Flea fellow to spend two and a half weeks of the last month in Care was no joke. On the plus side I have lost a Stone in weight

Had big ideas to fix headlight and MOT, Pulmonary Embolism rollox put paid to them plans Still good to be around to fight another day, my gratitude to West Wales Ambulance Service, Carmarthen A & E, Coronary Care Unit and all the Staff that cared for me, especially the lovely Nerys with her Ultrascan around my blood pump ( I thought Rolph Harris was in the room with his Wobble Board till Nerys told me it was the sound of of my heart pumping end result I have six months of Warfurin and extremely limited access to
