German translation req'd please (technical)

Hi, I am trying to find some tuning parts for a KTM 125LC2, and at the moment all I am finding is german sites with possible info on them.
So, if anybody could assist me, I will be grateful.

Auspuffdrossel - Luftfilter - Tuningauspuff - 145 ccm - Vergaser

Schritt 1.:
Ihr schraubt also dort wo der Auspuff am Zylinder anfängt mit einem 13er Schlüssel oder Ratsche die 2 Schrauben auf. Danach mit einem 8er Schlüssel die 2 kleinen schrauben an der rechten Seite des Mopeds auch noch weg. Dann rüttelt ihr den Auspuff ein bisschen rum bis ihr ihn in den Händen haltet. Jetzt kuckt ihr mal in den Auspuffanfang. Ihr seht ein Loch mit dem Durchmesser von 18mm.falls es größer sein sollte hat euer Vorbesitzer seine Finger schon im Spiel gehabt ! Die Drosselhülse ist etwa 5cm lang. Es sind 2 Stück, die erste könnt ihr ziemlich billig entfernen indem ihr mit Hammer und Schlitzschraubenzieher die Schweißpunkte entfernt. Noch besser geht's mit einem Dremel! Nach kurzer Zeit geben die Schweißpunkte, ihren Geist auf und ihr könnt die Hülse Nr.1 herausnehmen.
Jetzt läuft eure KTM mit 13,5 PS und ca.105 km/h!!!

Schritt 2.:
Die Hülse Nr.2 ist massiv, d.h. sie hängt komplett am Auspuff fest. Falls ihr ne echt gute Werkstatt habt könnt ihr sie mit einem 32er Bohrer zerstören. Falls nicht geht ihr zur nächsten Schlosserei. Die machen euch das ding für ca. 10 DM heraus. Sagt denen aber bloß nicht, dass das verboten ist!!! Wenn ihr sie dann komplett draußen habt habt ihr ca. 20 PS und 120 km/h

Hi Timpo,

Here you go - not a literal translation but one slightly more technical (certified by my personal mechanic ):

Where the exhaust mounts to the cylinder, unbolt the two screws with a 13mm spanner or a ratchet. Then remove the two fasteners on the right hand side of the bike. Wiggle the exhaust to free it from the bike. Look into the front of the exhaust. You will see a hole with a diameter of 18mm. Any bigger and it's already been modified...

Step 1:

The power restrictor is approx 5 cm long. There are two in the exhaust, the first one you can remove easily with chisel and hammer at the welding points. Even better - grind it out with a Dremel. Your KTM will then make 13.5 HP and 105 km/h (approx. 65 mph).

Step 2:

The second restrictor is large and inside the main body of the exhaust. If you have a really good workshop you can destroy the restrictor with the aid of a 32mm drill. If this doesn't work take the exhaust to your nearest engineering business - they should be able to help. With both restrictors removed, your bike will now make 20 HP and 120 km/h (approx. 75 mph).

Pumpy's effort gets my vote, and it is what I was expecting, f-ing restrictors right inside the expansion pipe. OK, the plasma is coming out next week, and let me release some of those little horses.
