I've spoken to YDNP about this post. GIS Mapinfo as an established skill is an absolute necessity prior to application. That's me out then. Lincolnshire County Council run 3 day courses on it but not before closing date for applications.

im sure it wouldnt be impossible to self teach for a committed person who really wants that sort of job.
